Ertuğ Metal, established in 1984, is a premier manufacturer of grey iron and ductile iron castings serving global industrial markets. With decades of expertise, we aim to be one of Turkey’s top foundries, delivering high quality and precision to clients across Europe and beyond.
Over the years, we have steadily invested in quality management systems, gained extensive foundry know-how, and cultivated strategic partnerships throughout Europe. By 2016, we reached full production capacity with three-shift operations and achieved over 96% export ratio—a testament to our commitment to excellence.
Recognizing the need for expansion, we initiated a state-of-the-art foundry in Bursa, completed in 2019, with a melting capacity of 32,000 tons of molten metal annually. This facility brings our accumulated cast iron expertise into a modern, efficient production environment.
Looking ahead, Ertuğ Metal is evolving from pure casting to machined and fully assembled grey and ductile iron solutions. We are executing ongoing investments in precision machining, assembly capabilities, and quality systems through 2024 and beyond, ensuring our clients receive not only cast parts but complete engineered components.
